Privacy policy

Klovn Daisy (contact: klovndaisy@rosensoft.dk) collects the details you give when you log in and book entertainment: name, email, phone, venue, contact name, address (street, postcode and city) and chat messages.

We use them to confirm your email, handle the booking, send approval and reply to you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request to enter into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in running the calendar.

We do not share your data except with the hosting provider (Simply.com) needed to run the site and send mail. Bookings and chat are kept as long as needed for the event and ordinary communication, and deleted on request when we no longer need them.

You may ask for access, correction or deletion by writing to klovndaisy@rosensoft.dk. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
